I grew up a tomboy in a small town. I got dirty, I worked hard, and I watched the stars. I learned that doing it right the first isn't always an option. "Ya'll" and "Ain't" are words in my core dictionary. My mom didn't teach

me to cook and my dad didn't teach me to drive, but together they taught me to love what I do, be proud of myself, and be humble. 

 

My childhood raised me and my work. In every piece I create, I can see a bit of something I learned when I was young. Drinking something to warm you up makes it seem okay. Plans and rules are meant to be strayed from and broken. The easiest things are also the simplest to mess up. Nothing says quality like hard work. Cussin' at the screen (always) makes it better.
